noun • (obsolete) Extravagant spending on food and drink.
Eighteen, Jobless. An immature age and an immature occupation, with an immature cash flow. The thin wallet is not thin for style, it’s empty. The little money I do have, is often spent on food. I always come to the erroneous conclusion that since the body needs fuel, investing the dregs of my income on food is at least a valid purchase. What happens is, a proper diet requests three meals a day. So some days I’ll spend up to three times, perhaps more for snacks. My wallet gets wrung out like a sponge, and I’m left with no money.. and often a hungry stomach.
